Twitter allows you to broadcast live video from your app
Twitter has just announced that you can now broadcast live video from your own mobile app Now, directly from the tweet box itself, we can record a live video and share it with all our followers instantly. If Twitter has always been characterized as the social network where to be informed of everything up to date, this, honestly, was missing. Now, powered by Periscope, we say goodbye to this “alien” application to Twitter and we will have it all in one.
Before, if we wanted to share with all our followers that long-awaited event (a concert, a press conference, you won the lottery and you want the whole world to know about it, but you have not fallen into that then they can go rob you) we had to change the application. Twitter by Periscope, Periscope by Twitter. Starting today, we will be able to share live video as we already do with, for example, Facebook and Instagram, its two biggest current competitors.
Kayvon Beykpour, CEO of Periscope, has stated, through a press release sent by Twitter:
“We created Periscope because we wanted to give people the ability to share live video.Offering this capability directly in the Twitter app is an important step because it empowers the hundreds of millions of people who use Twitter of that super power (…) Twitter is the place where people go to see what is happening. With this update, anyone will be able to broadcast everything that is happening live»
Also, the user will be able, of course, to interact with the sender of the video through reactions and comments, thus generating the typical debate on these social networks. And you will be able to see, live, all those hearts that will be sending you. Any user of Twitter, of both Android and iOS, you will be able to enjoy this functionality in the next update that you can find both in the App Store and in the Play Store
We're making it easier for you to share what's happening in your world. Now you can GoLive on Twitter!https://t.co/frWuHaPTFJ pic.twitter.com/Xpfpk1zWJV

To start broadcasting the live video, all you have to do is access the tweet box and click on the LIVE icon, taking you to a pre-broadcast screen from which you can perfectly frame and adjust the shot before you start broadcasting. When you're ready to share the moment with all your followers, just press GO LIVE and show everyone what a great time you are having, that conflict that should not be overlooked or that unforgettable moment that you will remember forever.
Although it is true that this new functionality has been on Facebook, many Internet users prefer Twitter to stay up to date, and what better way to be continuously informed if we can have the chance, not just to be told what is happening, at that very moment, in real time, but also to be able to see it in all its splendor. Now it's possible.
