With the application Confessor GO, created by priest Ricardo Latorreand with nearly 5,000 people already downloaded, you'll be able to quickly find any priest in the area who is willing to have your sins confessed. Its name refers, of course, to the famous game Pokémon GO, but instead of hunting magikarps , we will have to go in search of Father Simon (if that is his name) to confess those sins that torment us. This application is intended to expedite the confession process and not restrict it to the field of the temple: the application can take us to a square, a park or, of course, the church where the priest is at that moment.
The priest himself can enable the option of available or not available according to his situation. When you download the app and open it, a stark (and somewhat crude) splash screen presents three search options:
By proximity
It offers you a list of the priests that are available and that are closest to where you are. In the test, the closest priest was in Huelva (we in Sevilla). This indicates that there are still not too many priests involved in the work method proposed by the application. When you click on the priest's tab, the Google Maps application automatically opens and tells you the closest route to get to the priest. Easier, impossible.
In the map
When you click on this option, a map appears where you can see all the available priests within the national territory.
By provinces
A list of Spanish provinces appears: when you click on it, a map appears and, if there is one, the priests who are currently carrying out the work of confession.
