Samsung brings its gaming tools to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Note 5
Samsung first introduced on their Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, and most recently on the new Galaxy Note 7, Game Launcher and Game Tools, features that sought to improve the user experience when playing all kinds of games. Now it seems that the South Korean company will bring these tools to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5, so that more users can benefit from this improvement in gameplay. It is confirmed once again that Samsung is not all about launching new terminals, but rather tries to improve the experience in each of its models in order to pamper and take care of its customers.
Game Launcher, translated into Spanish is a game launcher. As its name suggests, it is a tool that works with the games that we have installed on our phone. It is capable of automatically detecting them and introducing them into its panel to personalize the experience. Inside it consists of two basic buttons, 'No Alerts when Playing', which silences phone notifications while we play, so that no one interrupts us, and 'Game Tools', without a doubt what really makes these new functions that the Asian company provided interesting.
Game Tools is a kind of toolbar, which is embedded in the screen of any game by means of a small icon at the bottom superior and that allows you to execute options such as blocking the back button to prevent us from leaving the game by mistake, activating the aforementioned No Alerts mode, taking a screenshot or even recording to be able to upload our achievements to YouTube or any social network.
Well, none of these features for game lovers were implemented in the company's previous flagships, not even after their update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow This situation has changed and since Samsung they have already introduced the Game Launcherin the app store Galaxy for. Game Tools is also available but will need to be downloaded from Game Launcher the first time it is used and will require a device restart as it works at the system level. Several sources indicate that they have tested the new features on the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 and that they have little or nothing to envy to the operation of Game Launcher in the Galaxy S7, S7 Edge and Note 7
Samsung also launched last year the Game Tuner, an app that allows gamers to lower the frame rate and lower the resolution in order to improve performance and battery life. Game Tuner is integrated into Game Launcher, which is scheduled to receive an exciting update very soon with features such as the manual game option or greater facilities to share the videos made of any game, on social networks.
