And in this case it is not a sequel or parallel saga taking advantage of a film as happened with Star Wars or Transformers , but of a second installment, new and genuine Or at least that is what emerges from the official announcement of Rovio, which invites us to wait until next July 30thto find out what they are working on.
At the moment little else is known about what will be the sequel to one of the games that achieved glory on the mobile platform. A saga that began in 2009, six years ago, and which featured a series of colorful birds fighting against green pigs All this taking advantage of a large slingshot and the structures of different materials that his enemies built. A simple game in concept but really entertaining and addictive thanks to its physics and the approach to its games. Just a couple of pitches in several minutes of play and many collapses, explosions and badly injured pigs. Simple and very effective. Something that led them to stay on the lists of the most downloaded games, and to build many other games in collaboration with movies and characters of all kinds, not to mention the merchandising, real toys and other promotional content.
For now Rovio invites you to wait patiently and follow their social networks to discover what will be the definitive sequel to Angry Birds, leaving aside the spin-off or the games that only They took advantage of this name to try to find fame again.
