Wave Alarm is an application for iPhone that can be find free in the App Store and offer a new way to interact with the alarm clock function. When we open the application we find the main screen, it shows the clock in digital format, the date and the status (to have this feature you must have activated the location). If we look at the top left there is a small icon in the shape of a gear, it is the menu SettingsThe first thing we find within the configuration options is the button to buy the full version (1.79 euros) and just below the option add an alarm If we click on this entry we can configure the time at which we want the alarm clock to sound, if we want it to repeat more days of the week, the sound, the time of « snooze» (to snooze the alarm) and the name that we want to give it, once we have configured all press Save

The most interesting part of Wave Alarm is the way we can turn off or postpone the alarm, to configure it we go to the Gestures section of the configuration menu and choose if we want it to be completely turn off the alarm or, if we prefer, postpone it for 10 minutes (snooze option).Wave Alarm will perform the selected action when we pass our hand over it without touching the phone, to do so it uses the proximity sensor that detects the movement of our hand. Wave Alarm offers more options like brightness adjustment by swiping up or down on the clock and the weather report of the place where we are (we can choose between Celsius or Fahrenheit units). We can also choose if we want the clock to show 12 or 24 hours, that the alarm works in the background, the volume of the tone and the color of the clock.
