Take pictures with your mobile locked
If we are lovers of photography and want to take photos more quickly, this option is very useful. To activate it, we will have to go to the Camera Settings within the Camera application. These are accessed by clicking on the sandwich icon that will appear in the upper right corner.
Once inside, we will look for the Quick snapshot option and select one of the two available options: open the Camera application or take a snapshot. Both can be activated by pressing the lock button twice with the mobile locked.

If the screen of our Huawei P9 Lite or P8 Lite seems too large, we can reduce its size to handle the phone with one hand. To do this, we will go to the Settings application; more specifically to the Smart Assistance section.
Within this section, we will give IU a hand and activate the Mini-screen View. To reduce the size of it, we will only have to slide on the navigation bar to the right. If we want to return to the normal size of it, we will slide to the left again.
Draw on the screen to open applications with the mobile locked
A function that used to be implemented by most mobiles. Today it is possible to do so on both the Huawei P8 Lite 2017 and the Huawei P9 Lite. In this case we will have to go back to the Smart Assistance option within the Settings. The section that interests us on this occasion is Control Movements.
Within this, we will give Draw and activate the respective option. Then we will configure the applications that we want to open with the four letters that will appear (C, E, M and W).
Take a screenshot of the entire application
Capture a WhatsApp conversation, an entire web page, or YouTube video comments. Huawei has thought through all these assumptions and has implemented what it calls Motion Capture.
To activate said capture, we will take a common screenshot by pressing the Volume button down and Lock at the same time. Activating video recording is as simple as pressing Volume up and Lock at the same time. The application will then ask us if we want to record in HD or mini quality. After setting it up, the mobile will start recording everything that appears on the screen along with the microphone.
Uninstall pre-installed Huawei apps without root

Fix Huawei P8 Lite freezing issues
There are not few users who have reported that their Huawei P8 Lite freezes. At this point we can resort to two methods: reset the Huawei P8 Lite or delete the data from Google Play.
For the first, we will only have to go to Advanced Settings within Android Settings. Then we will go to Backup / reset and finally we will give Factory data reset. The mobile will be formatted and all our data will be erased.
As for the second solution, deleting the data from Google Play is as simple as going to Applications in Settings and searching for the Google Play Store. Now we will give Memory and Clear data and Clear cache.
Transfer apps to SD card without root
A very simple trick but not valid for all applications. If we have inserted an SD card in our Huawei P8 Lite 2017 or P9 Lite and we have formatted it properly, moving the applications to the SD card is as simple as going to the Applications section within Settings.
Later, we will select the application that we want to move to external memory and click on the Memory button. Finally, an option will appear with the name of Change that will allow us to move the app in question to the SD card.
Improve system performance and animations
The latest trick and one of the best known in the Android world. To do this, we will go to the Android Settings; specifically to About phone. Once inside, we will press several times on the Complication number and the Developer Options will be automatically activated, which we will find within the Settings themselves.
Finally, to improve the performance and speed of the animations, we will look for the Drawing section and set the Animation Scale of all the scenarios that appear to us at 0.5x. The response time of the mobile will improve significantly after its configuration.
