Huawei P30 render: this could be its design
Huawei could launch the renewal of the Huawei P20 at the beginning of this year. The possible Huawei P30s, composed of the P30 Pro, p30 and P30 Lite, are already being rumored. These terminals will arrive with new specifications, improvements in its camera and performance. It is still early for details, as there is no major leak. However, we have wanted to take imagination: we would like to see these 10 features in the Huawei P30.
4 cameras
Rumors suggest that the Huawei P30, especially the Pro model, will feature up to 4 cameras. The truth is that it would be very interesting if this device included a 4 lens camera. We have already seen it in the Samsung Galaxy A9 and it offers a lot of versatility. Huawei has also shown that three cameras can give a lot of play. Of course, you can not miss the wide angle and 2x zoom. The fourth sensor could be a 3D lens, capable of recognizing objects and measuring depth of field for photographs in greater detail.
Double front camera
This is the Huawei Mate 20 Lite with a double camera on the front.
There are many manufacturers who have demonstrated what a double front camera is capable of doing. Huawei, for example, is one of them. The Mate 20 Lite has a dual sensor for selfies. However, they are not implemented in the other models. A double front camera could be used to include a more precise blur effect, or even a wide-angle sensor for group selfies. This last option is where it makes the most sense to add a double camera.
Up to 8GB RAM
Until now, Huawei has implemented the 8 GB of RAM in a special version of the Mate 20 Pro that is not sold in the European market. We would like to see a Huawei P30 Pro with up to 8 GB of RAM and a P30 with 6 GB of RAM.
On-screen fingerprint reader
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro incorporates a fingerprint reader directly on the screen. We would like to see a P30 series with this technology, both in the Pro model and the regular model. Of course, without losing face unlock. On-screen fingerprint readers are reaching many devices, it is a useful way to implement a good security measure without sacrificing on the screen frames.

Frameless display
Huawei started with barely-frame devices with the Huawei P20. This incorporated a notch in the upper area of the screen, as well as a lower frame to house the fingerprint reader. With an on-screen scanner the frames can be minimized. The trend of the notch is coming to an end, so we would also like to see another system, such as the on-screen camera that already includes your Nova 4. Or, a 'drop-type' notch, much smaller and where only houses the selfie camera.
A new interface design
EMUI is a very complete customization layer, however, it does not have a Material Design style design (the one that Google adds). We would like a renewal in their customization layer, where they focus on Google apps and services, with more customization options, new icon design and animations.
2K display
It's about time Huawei's P range made the leap to screens with QHD + resolution. Especially since the manufacturer includes in the system the possibility of selecting the resolution. In this way, the user can choose if they prefer a screen with Full HD + resolution or push the resolution to the limit, even if they have to sacrifice autonomy.
Wireless charging
Another feature that we would like to see in the Huawei P30: wireless charging. Little by little, QI technology is reaching more devices and becoming a standard. Manufacturers strive to include fast charging without cables, and it is undoubtedly more comfortable than connecting and disconnecting the cable every time you want to make a charge. Of course, we would also like to see the possibility of charging by induction, like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. In this way we can charge other devices or accessories, such as headphones.
A Lite version with triple camera
Huawei uses to launch a Lite version of its flagships. In this case, the Huawei P30 Lite would incorporate somewhat more basic specifications and a tighter price. However, if the company incorporates 4 cameras in the P30, why not 3 in the Lite model? It would be an interesting configuration, especially providing a wide-angle sensor.
Introduction to 5G
5G is very, very present in Huawei. It may be early for a 5G model, but we would like to see an introduction, especially on the P30 Pro model. A 5G variant, as Samsung is going to do with its Galaxy S10 Plus.
